What Happens on my First Court Date?

Posted by Richard Lawson | Jun 26, 2010 | 0 Comments

Your first court date is called an arraignment.  At arraignment your attorney will enter a plea on your behalf.  Your attorney will either negotiate a plea bargain or set your case for trial.  If you elect to fight your case, your attorney will investigate possible defenses to the breath or blood test and the field sobriety tests.  The goal is to get the best possible result in your Forsyth County DUI CASE.
